Group Exercise Classes

In 2021, starting 1/3, Bridget will teach Pilatesish (a fusion of traditional Pilates and other body weight and flexibility exercises) on Zoom on Sunday mornings at 9 AM. Each class is 50-60 minutes. And if you live in the Michiana area, consider coming to a LIVE outdoor New Year’s Eve Workout on Thursday, 12/31 at 3 PM at Potawatomi Park in the largest picnic shelter there, off Wall Street and across from what’s normally the pool. This 75-90 minute experience combines cardio and strength along with Inspiration for 2021 (as if we’re not finding enough inspiration in the fact that it simply won’t be 2020). Dress warmly, but you’ll truly be warm because we will be firing the heat of our muscles–best furnace in the world. 

These offerings are FREE, and open to everyone, though Goodwill contributions are welcome and can be made onsite (for live class), though Venmo (Bridget Hardy – 3) or on this website. You can also make a Goodwill contribution for Friday Focus on this page.
