Personal Training

Bridget is an AFAA–Certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping people meet physical goals that include everything from increasing arm strength to being able to get on the floor and play with grandchildren. Currently training is available in your home or via Zoom with low or no equipment.

  • Initial Consult, Mid–Training Assessment & Final Evaluation to Set and Track Goals
  • Regular once or twice weekly sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes for 3 months
  • Homework assignments designed to increase progress and consistency
